Using your Smart phone to improve your business

Having a business today is challenging with the routine day to day tasks. There are many things you may have to remember which will eventually need to be recorded. Some people may record on paper in a diary or book their appointments and reminders which may be good. However when you are on the move in a fast pace world it may be difficult to be looking for your diary and fliping pages to find information, and to remember what appointments you have for the day, or reminders of things to do, tracking of sales, meeting with suppliers, and the list may go on. Now there is the technology of the Smartphone which can help your business, it's features go beyond just making a phone call.

With the Smartphone there are software applications which are designed to perform a specific function, it is abbreviated "app". There are many apps on the Smartphone, these include but not limited to; accessing your email, web browsing, downloading music and videos and the list is never ending.

For a business there are apps which you can use to make appointments, enter things you have to do over any period and reminders will be sent via a notification either as a ringtone or pop up screen. You can also build an app to suit your needs or advertise your business. There is a website called Biznessapps, this site offers at a small price. apps which you can easily and personally created and customized to suit your needs of your business.

Personally, I regularly use my Smartphone to enter for reminders; appointments, meetings and events which I have to attend. I will download apps from the Google Play Store which will help notifiy me of my appointments, help me locate an address using Google Maps or Maze which is an app which helps you find any place you want to go to. You will be able to view the streets and there names with a complete mapped out direction to get there.

The use of my Smartphone have changed drastically from the basic function of making and receiving a call, to checking my email, browsing the internet, and setting reminders for my appointments.
